Proposals

Not promises. Implementation specifications: sourced, costed, legally mapped, assigned, dated, and enforceable.

The standard

Every proposal carries its receipts.

Read a proposal here and you can check it here. A stated figure is labelled Stated. A measured one says what measured it. A modelled one shows the inputs and lets you move them, and the number changes while you watch.

The maps are not drawings. They are built from public GIS — Ada County street centrelines, OpenStreetMap, 2020 Census blocks — and every file the page reads is a link on the page. The PDF is the same document printed, so it cannot say something the web edition does not.
